Rental Policies:
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. A cleaning fee is charged for all rentals. Rates are subject to a Puerto Rico Tourism Tax. Reservations require 50% of the Rental Fee plus the refundable security deposit. Rates are subject to change without notice.
