Rental Policies:
Check-in time is 2:00 P.M. Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. No cleaning fee is charged for weekly rentals (seven nights). The cleaning fees for stays less than seven nights are: Whole house: $250, 4 bedroom: $175, 2 bedroom: $125. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. Reservations require a 50% deposit. Deposits on cancellations made 15 days prior to arrival are refunded, minus a 15% cancellation fee. Extra persons will be surcharged $50 per night.
